The posts a company makes about itself rather than to its customers — recruitment, remembrance and the internal occasions.
The brief is in the post.
The designer ad argues its own case: Ready to Design for Real India?, then the constraint stated as the appeal — screens are dusty, time is short, and aesthetics are not the job.
The video editor ad does the opposite and simply lists requirements, software and years. Two posts, two audiences: one being persuaded, one being filtered.
Remembrance, not decoration.
Vijay Diwas and Navy Day drop the brand colours for archival photography and a single line. Women’s Day goes the other way — illustration, warm palette, and a note that it is addressed to the women inside the company rather than to customers.
All three carry the same sign-off as the festival calendar, which is what keeps them from reading as a different brand.
